Ingredients & Directions
1 TBL mild honey, such as orange blossom
1 TBL orange liqueur, such as Cointreau
½ tsp fresh lemon juice
¼ cup powdered sugar
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup whipping cream
1 cup (or more) seedless green grapes (sliced, if desired)
To do ahead: Entire recipe may be prepared up to 1 day ahead.
In a 3-cup bowl, whisk together honey, orange liqueur, lemon juice, and sugar. Next, whisk in sour cream until just blended.
In a 2-cup bowl, whip cream (with a rotary beater) until cream is stiff.
Gently fold whipped cream into sour cream mixture, then fold in grapes.
Spoon into two 6-oz. wine glasses. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
