Sugar-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ cup Butter Crisco
½ cup Sugar Twin
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
¼ cup skim milk
¼ cup water
2 ounces chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl stir together flour and baking soda. Set aside. Beat Crisco, Sugar Twin, and vanilla in large mixing bowl until creamy. Add milk, egg and water; beat well. Add dry ingredients that were set aside. Fold in chocolate chips. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
