Ingredients & Directions

4 teaspoons smoked paprika (pimentón)
4 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon course ground black pepper
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
½ teaspoon red chili flakes
 
Mix all dry ingredients together to create rub.
Yields:  Rub for four 6-8 ounce Salmon Fillets
