1 cup avocados, diced
1 cup pears, diced
¼ cup fresh parsley
½ cup buttermilk
2 limes, zested and juiced
In a blender, puree first four ingredients, 4 teaspoons lime juice, ¼ teaspoon lime zest, and 4 ice cubes for 30 seconds or until smooth. Garnish with lime wheel. Serve immediately.
