Black Bean and Avocado Salsa

Black Beans and Salsa is a good, simple, healthy recipe for easy prep.

2 jalapenos (remove seeds for less heat, if desired), finely chopped
1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
½ small white onion, finely chopped
Kosher salt and pepper
1 15.5 ounce can black beans, rinsed
1 bunch green onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsps fresh lime juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 avocado, diced
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
 
In large bowl, combine the jalapenos, garlic, onion, ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Add the black beans, green onion, lime juice and olive oil, and toss to combine. Fold in the avocado and cilantro.
