2 cups Kefir or good organic yogurt
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup dried onion
1 tbsp diced jalapeno peppers
1 cup diced tomatoes or halved cherry tomatoes
1 tsp dill flakes
1 tbsp diced or crushed garlic
Sea salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together and serve.
Serving: Makes 3 cups
