8 slices of Italian bread, toasted with a little butter
3 ounces of peppered goat cheese like Haystack Mountain
1 peach, sliced into eight pieces
small bunch of spicy basil
2 tbsp. olive oil
Spread or slice the peppered goat cheese on the toast.
Top with a fresh peace slice, basil leaves and drizzle with olive oil.
Serves 3 – 4
