Hollandaise Salmon Bake

4 cups cooked rice
1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli spears, cut cooked and drained
1 (10 ½ ounce) can salmon, drained
Easy Blender Hollandaise (*see Cook’s note)

Cook rice and place in lightly oiled 1 ½ quart casserole dish. Place broccoli spears in single layer over top of rice. Spoon salmon over broccoli. Prepare Hollandaise sauce and pour over salmon. Bake 10-15 minutes at 350°.
