2 oz – Gin (used Golden Moon Reserve)
1 tsp – Fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 tsp – Honey (less depending on taste)
Splash of Fever Tree Tonic – To Taste
Simple Syrup
Emergen-C Raspberry powder
Lemon Peel – for garnish
Pour Gin, lemon juice and honey into vessel and stir. Mix Emergen-C with simple syrup on a plate or in a bowl. Turn your martini glass upside down and rim the glass with this mixture. Then add the liquid ingredients to the glass and add the lemon peel. Ingredients can be adjusted to taste.
Serving: One martini for liquid
Multiple glasses for rim
