2 heads of lettuces, chopped
½ cup canola oil
½ cup olive oil
2½ tablespoon lemon juice
1½ tablespoon red wine vinegar
¾ teaspoon salt
fresh parsley, chopped, to taste
green onions chopped, to taste
¼ cup blue cheese
1 cup Romano cheese
sliced red onion
sunflower seeds (6 oz.)
Combine liquid ingredients and salt for salad dressing. Set aside.
Put lettuce in a large bowl. Add salad dressing, top with everything else and toss. Start with half the dressing and add if you think it needs it. On the side or added before tossing, sliced red onions and sunflower seeds (6 oz).
