1¼ cup Spicy Bloody Mary mix (I use: Zatarain’s Cajun bloody Mary Mix or you can use our Bloody Mary Mix listed under beverages.) 2 eggs 1/3 cup pepper vodka Freshly ground black pepper 2 tbsp. butter 4 slices of whole grain or sourdough bread (we used Grateful Bread 16 grain loaf) 6 slices thick cut bacon 12 dill pickle slices 2 tsp. prepared horseradish 4 slices of pepperpack cheese, thick cut 4 slices of aged sharp cheddar, thick cut 2 olives, garnish 2 pepperoncini’s, garnish 2 gherkins, garnish In a shallow dish, whisk together your bloody Mary mix, eggs and vodka and a dash of black pepper. Add bread and coat both sides for 10 seconds. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the two bread slices and cook for 2 minutes. Flip One, top with half the aged cheddar, top with half the pepperjack; add pickles; and add the cooked bacon. Lay down a coat of prepared horseradish on the other bread half (optional) and top the sandwich. Cook until sandwich is deep golden brown and cheese is melted. Approximately 3 – 5 minutes per side. Repeat for a second sandwich. Garnish with Olive, Pepperoncini, gherkin. Recipe Makes: 2 Sandwiches Recipe: Rick Souders
