Tangy Peppered Vegetable Salad

1 medium onion, cut in circles
1 medium tomato, cut in half circles
1 medium cucumber, cut in circles
Add’l, if you want, add medium bell pepper, cut in large strips
 cup white vinegar
½ cup coleslaw dressing
fresh pepper to taste
 
 
 
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss, pepper to taste.  Chill and serve!
Yield: 4-6 servings.
