Bison bratwurst
Potato bun
Spicy brown mustard
Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce
White cheddar cheese, shredded
Cooked bacon, crumbled
Caramelized onions
Caramelized jalapeños
Grill the bison brats. Cook the bacon in a sauté pan and set aside; reserve bacon grease. Sauté onions and jalapeños in bacon grease.
Assemble desired amount of each ingredient on a potato bun with one brat and serve.
