Ingredients & Directions
9 oz spinach greens ½ cup Blue cheese or Feta cheese crumbles 1 green apple, sliced 4 oz blueberries ¼ cup candied pecans Raspberry vinaigrette dressing Tear spinach greens and place on 4 salad plates. Top with cheese crumbles, apple slices, blueberries and candied pecans. Toss to coat with dressing. Serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.Recipe provided by Camille Deuben
