Ingredients & Directions
1 tablespoon ground cumin2 tablespoons New Mexico red Chile powder or Ancho Chile powder
1 teaspoon dried Mexican oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix.
Yields: ½ cup
