Ingredients & Directions
1 stick butter, cut into small pieces
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
8 oz. sour cream
1 egg
1 pkg Jiffy corn muffin mix
Mix all together and pour into greased 8 X 8 pan.
Bake at 350ยบ F. for 45 minutes.
