Ingredients & Directions

2 peaches, chopped
2 avocados, chopped
3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
½ red onion, diced
2-3 jalapenos, diced
2 teaspoons cilantro, finely diced
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Siracha
1 tablespoon good extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
 
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
Yields: 4 servings
