Ingredients & Directions

1 ½ cups concord or seedless red grapes, coarsely chopped
½ cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
¼ cup green onion, chopped
1-2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoons jalapeno, finely chopped
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ tsp hot pepper sauce
 
Mix all of the ingredients together.  Place in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow flavors to mingle.  Serve with chips or as a condiment.
Yields: 3-4 servings
