Ingredients & Directions


1 cup water
½ cup sugar
1 cucumber, sliced
6 lemons, juiced

Make a simple syrup by stirring water and sugar together in a saucepan over medium heat.
Let cool.
Place the sliced cucumber in a food processor or Ninja and blend to pulp.
Stir the Simple syrup, cucumber liquid and the lemon juice together.
Serve over ice with a lemon garnish.
