½ cup crumbled blue cheese
¼ cup reduced fat 2% Greek yogurt
¼ cup whole milk
½ tsp red-wine vinegar
¼ tsp coarse sea salt
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper

Shake together all ingredients and serve!
