Ingredients & Directions

2 white tea bags
1 medium Jalapeno, remove seeds and cut into rings
4 cup boiling water
1 cup pineapple juice
3 Tbsp. agave nectar
Fresh pineapple chunks for garnish
Fresh jalapeno slices for garnish

Bring water to a boil and then turn off heat. Add the pineapple juice, the agave nectar and stir. Add the jalapeno rings and the tea bags. Allow tea bags to steep for about 10 minutes. Do not squeeze liquids from the tea bags. Let the tea stand for about 15 – 20 minutes. Strain out Jalapeno rings and cool liquid. Serve over ice. Garnish the glass with pineapple chunks and jalapeno slices.
