Ingredients & Directions

4 avocados, peeled and diced small
1 mango, peeled and diced small
1 cup fresh pineapple, diced small
1 cup fresh papaya, diced small
1 cup tomato, diced small
½ cup chopped cilantro
2 medium red onion, chopped small
1 red Serrano pepper, minced
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground cumin
â…› teaspoon ground black pepper
Juice from 1 lime

In bowl, combine avocados, mango, pineapple, papaya, tomato, cilantro, onion, Serrano pepper, garlic, salt, cumin, pepper and juice from ½ of a lime. Toss gently; rest for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.  Add additional lime juice to taste.
Yields: 8 cups
