Ingredients & Directions
12 ozs cauliflower florets, 1 med head
1/2 large red onion, sliced
8 fresh sage leaves, torn
2 tbsps extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
6 strips of bacon, cooked and cut into 1/4 inch pieces
2 cups of snap peas
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Spread cauliflower and snap peas in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle onion and sage leaves over cauliflower; drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle salt, garlic salt, and black pepper over cauliflower mixture; toss to coat.
Roast in the preheated oven until cauliflower is browned and crisp, 20 to 30 minutes.
Put cauliflower on small serving side plate and sprinkle with the warm bacon pieces and serve.
