Ingredients & Directions
¾ cup butter, melted
¾ dark brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
⅓ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups of graham cracker crumbs
2 cups of all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon. baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
3 oz. miniature marshmallows
1 – 12 oz. package of milk chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350º F.
1. Cream the butter , brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a medium-sized bowl. Add eggs and continue to cream until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the sour cream, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla. Stir to combine.
2. In a small bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well. Fold in the marshmallows, and the chocolate chips until well combined.
3. Scoop 1 tablespoon of cookie dough onto an ungreased baking sheet. Continue this process with the remaining cookie dough spacing the cookie dough about 1 to 2 inches from each other.
4. Place the baking sheets in the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cookies are light golden brown.
