Ingredients & Directions

1 cup diced tomatoes (about 3 tomatoes)
½ cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup green onions, sliced
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained
¼ teaspoon salt
 
Combine tomatoes, bell pepper, onions, cilantro, lime juice and beans in a medium bowl. Stir in salt and toss well. Garnish with cilantro sprig, if desired. Serve salsa with fish or meat.
