Ingredients & Directions

2 medium cucumbers, sliced in half lengthwise, deseeded and julienned
½ medium red onion, julienned
1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 2 limes
3 jalapenos, minced
2 squirts of hot sauce such as Cholula or Tabasco
Salt to taste
 
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
 
Yields: 8 servings
