Ingredients & Directions

An easy and simple Asian Rice Recipe that you can easily make at home.

16 oz can chickpeas 
2 cups cauliflower
2 cups snow or snap peas
1 cup turnip, sliced thin
General TSO’s Sauce, See recipe under sauces
White rice
Salt and freshly ground pepper
In a skillet, heat General TSO’s sauce. Add the chickpeas, cauliflower, snow peas and turnip.  Cook over moderate heat, stirring, until softened, about 8 – 12 minutes.
Prepare your favorite white rice.  Mix the Chickpeas and Veggies into the white rice.  Sea salt and black pepper for extra taste.
Serves: 4
